ORDER

Based on the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3, I direct the first respondent to dispose of the petition mentioned proceedings within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. The first respondent will put the fourth respondent and other interested persons, if any on notice before passing final order. 2.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
