Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to 1st respondent proceeding made in Mu.Mu.AA1/19445/2022 dated on 07.11.2022 quash the same, and further directed the 1st and 2nd respondents to follow the procedures contemplated under Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SAKTHIVEL.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.BASKARAN, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents 1 TO 3, the Court made the following order:- Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the fact that the petitioner is a school and training centre for the Blind and Handicapped, taking a sympathetic view, the time granted in the order dated 21.12.2022 in WP(MD)27930/2022 is extended by a period of six months from today. The authorities are directed to remove the seal forthwith. This petition is ordered accordingly.
