COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to approve the appointment of V.Manikandan and T.Vijayakumar, respectively in the regular sanctioned post of Record Clerk and Junior Assistant, respectively in the petitioner school from the date of appointment on 18.07.2017 and 12.06.2017, respectively and to make the payment of salary with all consequential and other services benefits within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been to direct the respondents to approve the appointment of V.Manikandan and T.Vijayakumar in the regular sanctioned post of Record Clerk and Junior Assistant in
the petitioner school from the date of appointment on 18.07.2017 and 12.06.2017, respectively and to make the payment of salary with all consequential and other services benefits within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.This Court by an order dated 06.10.2017 has passed the following order:
The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to comply with the requirements sought for by the third respondent in the impugned orders dated 27.06.2017 and 12.03.2017, on or before 14.10.2017.
2.Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondents informs that on receipt of such requirements from the petitioner, appropriate orders shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 06.11.2017 and communicated to the concerned parties.
3.The Registry is directed to post the matter on 13.11.2017.
4.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the District Educational Officer, Kumbakonam has passed orders approving the non-teaching staff in the petitioner school by proceedings dated 18.11.2017 and the copy of the same is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who has made an endorsement to that effect.
5.Recording the same, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
6.Mr.K.Rajalingam, District Educational Officer, Kumbakonam, who was directed to appear before this Court in the earlier hearing on 13.11.2017 for non compliance of the order passed by this court on 06.10.2017, appeared before this Court and his presence is also recorded.
