ORDER

The Civil Revision has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.726 of 2012, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tirumangalam, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, issuance of notice to the respondents is not necessary. 3.It is evident from the records that the suit is of the year 2012, which has been filed by the petitioner / plaintiff seeking a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRP(MD).No.1189 of 2021 decree of declaration and permanent injunction. 4.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that as early as in the year 2008 itself the sale deeds were executed, even after the lapse of three years, the plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.726 of 2012 and the same was pending for the past 9 years, because of filing of the frequent petitions by the defendants citing one or other reason. He would further submit that the revision petitioner is a senior citizen and the hence, the case may be expedited.

5.Since the suit is of the year 2012, there shall be a specific direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Tirumangalam, to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.726 of 2012, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, 6.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

7.After disposal of the suit, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
