ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) The learned counsel for the seventh respondent submits that the petitioner having participated in the auction pursuant to a notification, chose to challenge the same as Public Interest Litigation in W.P.(MD)No.4068 of 2017, which was dismissed by this Court, on 09.03.2017, informing the same to be a frivolous writ petition. The learned counsel submits that without making mention of the earlier writ petition, the petitioner moved this present writ petition seeking to challenge the work order issued to the seventh respondent.

2.Given the above position, this Court does not consider it appropriate to entertain this writ petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
