ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a State Tax Officer challenging the order of the suspension dated 02.05.2025 based upon a criminal case registered as against her on the basis of DVAC complaint. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent has already completed the investigation and report has not been forwarded to the first respondent. In case, if the report is forwarded, the petitioner would be in a position to get superannuated on 31.05.2025. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submits that the second respondent requires three months to submit the report to the first respondent based upon the investigation. 2/4

4.Considering the allegations made as against writ petitioner in the suspension order, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of the suspension. However, there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to submit the report to the first respondent on or before 31.08.2025. 5.With the said observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
