ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the private respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute outside his territorial jurisdiction and also not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the representation, dated 18.02.2023 till the disposal of the original suit in O.S.No.599 of 2022 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Trichy.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that as on date no complaint has been received against the petitioner and no case is pending against him and hence, there is no harassment against the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as un-necessary.
