To call for records and setaside the conviction and sentence imposed by the II Addl District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Crl A No.29/2024 on 08.04.2024 in Confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court) Thanjavur in S.T.C.No.31 of 2022 on 13.10.2023 and allow this criminal revision petition.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioner from surrendering in S.T.C.No.31 of 2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate(Fast Track Court), Thanjavur and confirming the conviction and sentence made by Crl.A.No.29 of 2024 on the file of second Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as in the memorandum of grounds raised in this petition, this petition is allowed.
