ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner representation, dated 14.09.2017.

2.On 27.01.2017 petitioner's mother was admitted in the Srinivasa Hospital, Koripalayam for treatment. On completion of her treatment the hospital authorities, instead of collecting money, collected gold jewel belonging to the petitioner's mother. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed a complaint before the third respondent and the third respondent also registered the same in C.S.R.No. 47 of 2017.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without going to the merits of the case, it is sufficient to issue a direction to pass final orders in C.S.R.No.47 of 2017. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going to the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders in C.S.R.No.47 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2017 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
