For Respondent : M/s.T.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1476 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 I.P.C. and section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.1476 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The first petitioner filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11604 of 2020 before this Court seeking anticipatory bail and the same was dismissed by this Court on 16.10.2020. The second petitioner filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11897 of 2020 seeking anticipatory bail and the same was also dismissed as withdrawn. Now both the petitioners filed the present petition seeking anticipatory bail.

3.Since there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
