PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, issue a of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide his proceedings in e.f.vz;.49449/MRep-7/m3/2021 dated 08.07.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the respondents to fix and disburse the salary in the light of G.O.Ms.792, Health and Family Welfare (AB1) Department dated 05.04.217 and pay the arrears of salary with 18% interest thereon within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, two of the petitioners have been absorbed as multi purpose hospital workers and they have now been paid higher salary. The two petitioners absorbed are petitioners 1 & 2 in this Writ Petition. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2/6
respondents would also submit on instructions that the third petitioner will also be absorbed based on her seniority and the availability of vacancy.
2.On the last hearing date, on 16.09.2025, based on the aforesaid representation made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions.
3.Today, learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents on instructions may be recorded and this Writ Petition can be closed.
4.Accordingly, the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioners 1 & 2 in this Writ Petition have been absorbed as multi purpose hospital workers and they are now getting higher salary and that the third petitioner will also be absorbed based on her seniority and availability of vacancy is recorded.

5.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
