ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 05.02.2021, wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of Patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, based on the written instructions received from the third respondent, submitted that the third respondent has already conducted an enquiry and that the decision will be conveyed to the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to convey the decision taken to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
