O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to grant renewal of license for a period of three years from September 2017 to September 2020 on accepting the enhanced license fee as per the condition stipulated in the order of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/017/2010 dated 19.09.2011 in consideration of the Petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The case of the petitioner is that she was granted licence to run a studio on the terrace of the shopping complex constructed near Singampunari Bus Stand on due approval by the Council dated 19.09.2011. After expiry of licence period, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 03.10.2017 consenting to pay the enhanced rent of 15% as fixed by the respondent. Aggrieved by non consideration of the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with the above direction.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondent, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders passed in a time bound manner.

In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.10.2017 and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
6. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
