It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the main suit in O.S.No.173 of 2014 was returned by the Court of the Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli, for presenting the same before the appropriate court having pecuniary jurisdiction, by order dated 31.07.2023.

2. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
