ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the orders 1/4

passed in E.P.No.59 of 2021, dated 04.09.2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal/The Special District Judge, Trichy. 2.Against the order of attachment, this revision is preferred by the Corporation. Now the respondent disputes the calculation memo filed by the Corporation. There is no order by the Execution Court to the correct amount to recover from the revision petitioner. In view of the same, the matter is remitted back to the execution Court to proceed the case in respect of the balance amount if any.

3.With the above said direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
