This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third Respondents not to harass the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry without jurisdiction on false complaint. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint of one Sevugan, the third respondent Police has registered a case in Crime No. 205 of 2022, under Sections 294(b), 323, 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, Sections 3(1)(s), 3(1)(r) of SC/ST Act against the petitioner.
3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
