2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Though the petitioner has sought for a positive direction to the respondents to revoke the suspension and allow the petitioner to retire from service and consequently disburse all the retirement benefits and other monetary benefits with effect from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

28.10.1999 by considering the petitioner representations dated 27.02.2016 and 15.07.2017 in the considered view of this Court, it would suffice to direct that the said representations be dispassionately considered on merits in accordance with law and a reasoned order be passed by the first respondent and communicated to the petitioner and the compliance of the same be reported to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on or before 30.11.2017. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
