Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that after contest, the main suit in O.S.No.76 of 2016 has been dismissed by the trial Court on 28.07.2022. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition.
