Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the registering authority / second respondent herein to consider his objections as and when he receives any document pertaining to the petition mentioned property. If according to the petitioner, he is the title holder and that the persons who are not having title may deal with the property, then his remedy is to move the jurisdictional civil Court and seek appropriate relief. The second respondent cannot be 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.14707 OF 2022 converted into an adjudicating authority to go into civil disputes, particularly relating to title.
