PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to withdraw and change the investigation agency from the 3rd Respondent to 2nd Respondent or any other superior officer in respect of Cr.No.81 of 2021 dated 29.05.2021 on the file of the 3rd Respondent within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to withdraw and change the investigation agency from the third respondent to the second respondent or any other superior officer in respect of Cr.No.81 of 2021 dated 29.05.2021 on the file of the third respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.81 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur and the same has been taken cognizance in CC No.117 of 2021 and as of now no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent, hence the prayer sought for cannot be granted.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
