Respondent Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Family Court, Madurai to expedite the trial and dispose the H.M.O.P.No.957 of 2021 on the file of learned Family Court, Madurai within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 04.08.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Madurai vide the letter in D.No.357 dated 14.02.2024 this Court made the following order: "This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.957 of 2021.

2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 04.08.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.957 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Judge, Family Court, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, Family Court, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, four months time is granted for disposing in H.M.O.P.No.957 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay."
