This Writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take necessary action against the rival group in the Masjide Noor Muslim Jamath, (T.N.W.B.Reg.No.262/RMD), Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District, in pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced before this Court the closure report, dated 05.10.2017 drawn by the Superintendent of Police, Ramanathapuram District. As per the said report, the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

preferred by the petitioner was closed as "Mistake of Fact". 4.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition, if he is so advised.
