(MD) No. 9078 of 2021 dated 27.07.2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH KANNAN C, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAICHAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9078 of 2021, dated 27.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 31.07.2021, without fail.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed.
