ORDER

Although this writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 15.05.2023 in C.No.VIII/48/1/2023-DIU on the file of the respondent and quash the same and further directing the respondent to release the lorry bearing Registration No.TN-69-AP-6738 to the petitioner, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the adjudication proceedings is processed at the earliest and orders pronounced.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the same will be heard and orders will be passed within a period of two months.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the adjudication proceedings and to pass orders within a period of two months from today.
