************ [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Making a vague allegation that there are encroachments in Pudukkulam Kanmai, without anything more, the present Public Interest Litigation has been filed for removal of the same. 2.Today, Mr.S.Muthukumar, Deputy Block Development Officer, Kottampatti Panchayat Union, Madurai District, [Mobile No.9894148935] and Ms.C.Ruba, Panchayat Secretary, Kottampatti Panchayat Union, Madurai District, [Mobile No.9159636737] are present before us.

3.We find from the affidavit that the petitioner has not given any particulars about the alleged encroachments for the authorities to take action.

4.On instructions, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that there are no encroachments as alleged by the petitioner.
