ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 05.07.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is a previous dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Hence, the third respondent threatening the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 05.07.2022 to the respondent police. But, till now, no action has been taken. Hence, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the said complaint was received through online on 05.07.2022. The respondent police is ready to consider the same.

4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 05.07.2022 and take suitable action within a period of 2/4

two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
