PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Charge Sheet in CC.No.3053 of 2025 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI,Madurai in connection with Cr.No.395 of 2025 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police and Quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the Accused in C.C.No.3053 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein, the petitioner is alleged to have committed offences punishable under sections 126(2), 296(b), and 351(2) of BNS, 2023.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein, the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. The defacto complainant is present in-person before this Court and he submits that he had agreed for quashing of charge sheet as against the petitioners.

4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.3053 of 2025, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai is hereby quashed as against the petitioner/Accused.
