This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent herein in his Na.Ka.No. 120/Ka.thu.ka/Usilai/2023 dated 05.06.2023 and quash the same as illegal and issue the direction to the respondent police herein to grant permission and adequate police protection to conduct the Adal Padal programme on 11.06.2023 at 7 pm situated at Arulmigu Shri Kaliamman and Bhagavagthi Amman in his village Uthapanayakanur, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that after filing of this Writ Petition, the subsequent order has been passed, dated 02.06.2023 granting permission to the petitioner with some conditions.
