[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] Mr.T.R.Janarthanan, Learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the first Respondent. Mr.H.Arumugam, Learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the second Respondent.

2. Heard both sides. No counter is filed on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2.

3. By consent, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition praying for passing of an order by this Court to direct the Respondents not to locate/establish Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited (TASMAC) Shop/Bar near TVS Corner, at Pudukottai - Madurai Main Road, Pudukottai Town & District and also taking note of another primordial fact that the Petitioner's representations dated 25.09.2017 and 03.10.2017 addressed to the Respondents are pending as on date and not yet disposed of, this Court, at this stage, simpliciter, without traversing upon the merits and contents of the representations dated 25.09.2017 and 03.10.2017, deems it fit and proper to direct the Respondents to look into the representations of the Petitioner dated 25.09.2017 and 03.10.

2017 in a free, fair, unbiased, open mind and that too, in a dispassionate manner and to pass a reasoned speaking order both on qualitative and quantitative terms by assigning necessary reasons, of course, after providing necessary opportunity to the Petitioner and others concerned, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is open to the Petitioner to raise all facts and legal pleas before the Respondents at the time of disposal of the representations.

5. With the aforesaid observation(s)/direction(s), the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
