ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to issue a Patta to the petitioner for the land in S.F.No.17/2 of an extent of 0.41.50 Ares situated at Rayanvayal Village, Yegaperumalur, Pudukkottai District, based on the representation dated 13.03.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.03.2025, and to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondents and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
