ORDER: The Court made the following order:- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3 was arrested, on 16/02/2022 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.94 of 2022, seeks bail.

2.On the earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for taken for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner, so the matter was directed to be listed on 02/08/2022 under the caption for dismissal. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
