RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted for appearing before the concerned Magistrate for a further period of 15 days in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 1386 of 2022 which was allowed on 10.03.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. VIJAYAKUMAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.1386 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 10.03.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1386 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
