2. Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents 1 to 4.

3. To avoid an avoidable delay, notice to Respondents 5 and 6 is dispensed with.

4. On behalf of the Respondents 1 to 4, a Peace Committee Meeting was conducted on 06.10.2017 by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Usilampatti and that two sides were called in and a decision was arrived at. In this regard, the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents 1 to 4 exhibits the proceedings of the Peace Committee Meeting held at Kosapatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, on 06.10.2017 at 10.15 a.m.

5. Recording the aforesaid fact and the factum of endorsement, this Court closes the present Writ Petition as nothing survives for adjudication. No costs.
