This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2017, claiming benefits under Sl.No.13 in G.O (Ms) No.106 Adi Dravidar & Tribal Welfare (CiVuThi.2) Department dated 27.08.2015.
2.The case of the petitioner is that he is a practising Advocate and due to financial difficulty, he is not in a position to establish an office. Hence, he made a representation to the respondents, claiming benefit under the above mentioned Government Order. Since, the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondents, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders passed.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.05.2017 in line with Sl.No.13 in G.O (Ms) No.106 Adi Dravidar & Tribal Welfare (CiVuThi.2) Department dated 27.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner.
6.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
