Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents i.e. the District Collector, Sivagangai and the project Officer, ICDS Sivagangai to consider the petitioner's representations dated 25.09.2017 and 27.09.2017 regarding her appointment as Anganwadi worker in the village Uchipulipatti (33622100237) of Sivagangai Block & Taluk in the light of her name in Serial No. 35 of the selection list within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The writ petitioner is a candidate for the post of Anganwadi Organizer in Uchipulipatti Village, Sivagangai Block & Taluk. The selection process is yet to be finalised.

3. This Court directs the first respondent to finalise the selection process within a period of two weeks from today. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with this observation. No costs.
