COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 4(1) (aaa) & 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime Nos.1181 & 1180 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have found in possession of 110 litres of I.D. Arrack. Hence, a complaint has been registered.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there are 25-previous cases pending against the petitioner in which 18 cases are similar in nature.
5. Taking note of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) and taking note of the fact that there are 25 previous cases pending against the petitioner in which 18 cases are similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
