PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus,calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Circular in Circular No.1/2019/Roc.No.Ser3(3)/42324/2013 dated 29.06.2019 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and the consequential Impugned Order in Rc.A2/24570/2019 dated 03.09.2020 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the Respondent No.1 to amend the Tamil Nadu Revenue Subordinate Service Rules by way of treating Non Graduate Promotee Assistants on par with Graduate Promotee Assistants in accordance with the Judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.251 to 256 of 2015 dated 12.03.2019 within the time period stipulated by this Court.
