PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 09.12.2024, in Crl.MP(MD) No. 13334 of 2024 in Crl.OP(MD) No. 19321 of 2024. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No. 13334 of 2024 in Crl.OP(MD) No. 19321 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 20 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD) No. 19321 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed.
