PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order dated 02.04.2025 passed in Crl OP.(MD)No.4608 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4608 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4608 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, monthly twice, (i.e., on the 1st and 15th day of every English Calender month) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2/3
