This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to carry out the petitioner's name in the computer data entry for grant of patta with regard to S.F.No 798/35 measuring 0.01.0 ares and S.F.No.798/35 of Karayur Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukottai District.

2.The case of the petitioner is that patta was granted to the petitioner in respect of the property in S.F.No 798/35 measuring 0.01.0 ares and S.F.No.798/35, but the second respondent failed to carry out the petitioner's name in the computer data entry. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondents, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders passed.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders thereon one way or other on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
