ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner's land in S.F.No.681/1A, situated at Sevugampatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2017, in light of the circular issued by the third respondent dated 05.04.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he has given a representation dated 18.09.2017 to the respondents to survey and demarcate the land in S.F.No.681/1A, situated at Sevugampatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District and the same is kept pending without passing any orders, despite the third respondent has already issued a circular on 05.04.2017. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4.Such being the case, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders in line with the direction already issued by the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
