ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the petitioner's land and fix boundary stones in respect of Survey No.328/3 situated at Appananalloor Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The case of the petitioner is that she has given a representation dated 20.07.2017 to the respondents to survey her land in Survey No.328/3 situated at Appananalloor Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District and the same is kept pending without passing any orders. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4.Such being the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
