O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police CBCID, Tuticorin, Tuticorin District, to complete the Investigation in Crime NO.11 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID Police in South Police Station, Tuticorin, Tuticorin District within a specific period and lay a final report in the above case.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is over and now the matter is pending for getting approval from the competent authority.

3. Mr.Shaji Chellam, the learned counsel, who is proposed to file intervening petition for the defacto complainant and made objection with regard to the right of the petitioner to move this petition.

4. Since the crime is of the year 2012, the right of the petitioner, who is the accused cannot be objected the matter to be concluded. On that ground, the objection that was made by the defacto complainant is not entertained.

5. The respondent is directed to complete the process of getting approval and file the Final Report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
