ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second Respondent to give necessary Police protection to the Petitioner and his men for their life and limbs, by considering the Petitioner's representations, dated 27.6.2022 and 1.7.2022. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the representations of the petitioner, dated 27.06.2022 and 01.07.2022, CSR No.210 of 2022 has been registered and an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent Police. On enquiry, it is found that there is civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5. Since the respondents 3 to 5 claimed pathway right over the disputed property, they caused hindrance to the petitioner for fencing, for which, both parties were advised to approach the competent Civil Court and settle their issues. Accordingly, the representation of the petitioner was closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
