Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks grant of new electricity service connection for the petition mentioned house. Since the petitioner is unable to produce the property tax assessment receipt, the petitioner's request was not processed. If the petitioner is the owner of the petition mentioned house, he can very well be granted electricity service connection subject to furnishing of indemnity bond and fulfillment of the other formalities. The respondent is directed to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner, if the petitioner fulfills all the other formalities and also furnishes the indemnity bond.
