COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to punish the respondent herein for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court, in C.R.P.(MD). Nos. 232 and 235 of 2022 in dated 28/02/2022. In the said orders, the respondent/tenant was directed to hand over the possession of the premises on or before first week of June, 2022. Since the orders were not complied by the respondent, these petitions have been filed by the petitioner.
2.Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now the respondent has handed over the possession of premises to the landlord. 3.Recording the said submission, these contempt petitions are closed. No costs.
