Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2/6
2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint against the seventh respondent. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the seventh respondent informed that the sixth respondent had already conducted enquiry on 15.07.2024. The seventh respondent has also been heard on 03.07.2024. Now it is for the sixth respondent to take a call in the matter. The learned Additional Government Pleader informs this Court that the sixth respondent will pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 4.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
