ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal in Na.Ka.A1/2679/2016 with regard to transfer of patta for the land in S.F.No.283/35, Minnathur Village, Kulathur Taluk.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed an appeal for transfer of patta before the first respondent in the year 2015 and he has also produced some supporting documents as directed by the first respondent on 09.02.2017 which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

3.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal in Na.Ka.A1/2679/2016 with regard to transfer of patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for S.F.No.283/35, Minnathur Village, Kulathur Taluk, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and any of the interested parties.

4.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
