PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.MP (MD)No.4901 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.3798 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.4901 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.3798 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.MP(MD) No.4901 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD).No.3798 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Egmore Police Station, Chennai, monthly once, i.e. on 1st day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
