This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.498 of 2020, dated 20.06.2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the matter has been referred as Mistake of Fact and RCS notice has been served on the petitioners, but, they have refused to receive the same.
